We accredit the meat processing plants ourselves, auditing them and listing them with MOCAE and SFDA, ensuring high quality standards and compliance with all halal regulations.
In cooperation with the Agroexpo.kz platform, we ensure the search for quality raw materials and form a schedule of deliveries to accredited meat processing plants. All slaughtering procedures are carried out in compliance with the necessary temperature regimes.
We carefully monitor the temperature regime at all stages - from slaughter to delivery. Each batch of meat is accompanied by a temperature sensor, which allows us to monitor the entire chain of storage and delivery.
